bobo我真的已经修复过了，坏道的确存在，我去年一个星期重装了5次，xuyeer知道的，每次修复以后就说没有问题，可是坚持一天就出问题了，所以我还是想换一块新的。
我知道用一些软件可以隔离坏道，但这种硬盘是不稳定的，我想你也知道，所以我犹豫再三还是邮寄给你们换一块新的，希望理解。

不是隔离我用的是HDTune.exe这个软件，检查的扫描的结果也在图片上，你可以细看

hd tune我也用过，我的e盘里面就有，你应该发现了，我的系统是刚刚重新安装的，再安装以前我已经用ibm提供的dft软件修复过了，显示修复成功，这是第四次修复，可是刚刚用了一天就有发现这么多的坏道，安装软件到c盘的时候，有时会提示让你格式化c盘，所以很郁闷。
你怎么修复的？

我没有修复，我只是用HDTune.exe给你检测了一下，结果见图片

没什么问题，我已经给你扫描完了，磁盘好好的你的本用了小一年，有点坏道很正常。我给你全面检测了一遍，都是小毛病，放心吧。

用一小年就有坏道，我想这是个大问题，硬盘不可能一年之内就有坏道，如果有坏道一定是质量问题，ibm的网站上有这样的描述。
One or more bad sectors found - Return Code 0x70. You will be asked to run the Erase Disk Utility to repair the drive. Before selecting this option make sure you have backed up all important data from the hard disk. If the errors are corrected by running Erase disk, then you will need to recover your software using your Product Recovery CD. ( If your system did not ship with a Product Recovery CD, please contact the Helpcenter to have one sent to you.) If you select the "Run Erase Disk" you will be prompted "Are you sure" twice before running Erase disk. Please note that it is normal for Erase Disk to take extended times to complete (estimated times are from 3 to 5 minutes per GB of HDD capacity, e.g. a 10 gig HDD may take 30 to 50 minutes to complete).

If prompted, IBM recommends running Erase Disk AFTER you have backed up all important data from the drive. Erase Disk may allow you to repair the drive immediately without waiting for a replacement drive. However, it is possible that Erase Disk will not be able to repair the drive. In this case, call the Helpcenter to arrange a replacement. Please also report the Return or error code received from the program.

图片我看见了，再送给你们修以前我已经用hd tune测试过了，dft也测试了，呵呵。
